We had it professionally decorated with high end finishes that are not common in the Outer Banks. It's fully loaded with everything you will need and want from the new fresh home smell to the chef's kitchen. We've completely transformed this home with new paint, floors, lighting, kitchen, bathrooms, furniture, everything!
You'll have 5 large bedrooms, 4 king bedrooms and a double bunk bed room. All bedrooms have en suites, each King bedroom has amazing ocean views and slider doors to the decks, and two with with built in fireplaces. The double bunk bed kids room comes with the larger full over full beds and sound side views, we have a game room with pool table and tv, all new designer furniture throughout, full coffee bar, corn hole and lots of games. You are directly on the beach with unobstructed wide open ocean views of the Atlantic Ocean.
If you're tired of old run down out of date beach houses, then Bella Vista will blow you away.
The space
The layout of the house and the additional game room is perfect for families to gather and to separate when needed so you can have your own space.
The kids can hang out by playing pool or watching a movie on the first floor in the game room while Mom and Dad enjoy their favorite beverage up on the 3rd floor main deck, listing to the waves and taking in the endless blue ocean views.
We supply ALL linens and plenty of bath towels, bathroom spa packs (shampoos, soaps, lotions, conditioners), toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, a well stocked coffee bar, and all new kitchen cookware. We also have plenty of beach gear for you: Boogie boards, Turkish beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, a large beach cooler, beach games and kids beach toys as well.
There are so many outside and water activities here from surfing, kite surfing, foiling, sailing, boating, pier and deep sea fishing and more. It's so uncrowded here as well it's a dream. If you enjoy watching surfing, you'll have a great seat right from the living room, all the master bedrooms, and from your rocking chairs on the decks! The world famous Real Surf Shop is just 2 min away and teaches beginner to advanced surfing, kiting and foiling lessons.
HOUSE RULES
1. No unregistered guest are allowed. Additional guests will be charged at $100 per guest per night.
2. No smoking anywhere on property. If any of your guests smoke inside the house you will be charged a $750.00 Ozone cleaning fee.
3. No parties. If you host a party with unregistered guests you will be charged $100 per guest, a $750 additional cleaning fee, and will be evicted immediately.
4. No pets allowed. Sorry. If you bring a pet you will be charged $750.00 plus an additional $500.00 ozone and cleaning fee and will be evicted immediately.
5. Quiet time in between 10:00pm-7:00am.
6. No wet towels or wet clothing on the furniture.
7. External doors and sliders must remain closed while the AC is running. The units will freeze up and shut down, if doors are left open. Repairing an AC during the summer can take a week or more on the Outer Banks, and we don't want you to be without AC during your stay.
8. Toilet paper is the ONLY thing to be flushed down the Toilet.
9. No food or waste to be put in the kitchen sink drain. There is NO garbage disposal.
10. Please do not use the white towels to remove makeup. We provide makeup removal wash cloths for this. Makeup will stain the white towels and then we will have to charge you $35.00 per towel.
HOUSE RULES

Evidence of dye will result in a $500 fine or more if damage occurs to sink, floors, carpets, etc. Primary contact is responsible for all guests along with anyone who enters the home during the stay to abide by these rules.
HOT TUB RULES:
✴No glass near the hot tub area.
✴No diving or jumping into the hot tub.
✴Use the hot tub at your own risk.
✴Do not tamper with the hot tub controls.
✴Shower before entering the hot tub.
✴Keep the hot tub cover on when not in use.
✴Limit hot tub usage to a reasonable duration and temperature not over 104 degrees Fahrenheit.
✴Do not add any chemicals or substances to the hot tub.
✴No food or drinks allowed in the hot tub.
✴Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
✴Do not use the hot tub if you have open wounds or infections.
✴Report any issues or malfunctions with the hot tub to the property manager immediately.

Using the Outdoor Grill :
1. The grill is yours to use. Please remove food and large debris and scrub the grates with the grill brush (located under the sink / in the grill tool pouch) right after use while it’s still warm.
2. Empty the grease tray into the small metal bucket under the grill and close the lid. Do not pour grease down drains.
3. We provide: grill brush, mild dish soap, disposable gloves, and a metal bucket for grease/ash.
Please note: If you leave the grill heavily soiled (grease, charred food, or grease pooled around the area), an extra-cleaning charge may apply. Please message us if you need help. Thank you! Cleaning briefly after use helps keep the grill safe and ready for the next guests!
Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $350.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
